In order to meet the needs of various activities, our workspaces are designed to be versatile. Fresh air filtration and time-adaptive lighting are a part of Paddington Works’ health-conscious features.

One of our aims is to provide a comfortable living & working environment for members and guests. Spaces are divided up into clusters to allow small communities to form within Paddington Works.

Each cluster has meeting rooms and breakout spaces, organised around a kitchen and social spaces.

Compared to typical buildings, our air circulation system includes anti-viral filtration that brings 25 per cent more fresh air into our building.

By utilising intelligent LEDs, we can adjust our lighting system’s colour temperature throughout the day, in coordination with your body’s circadian rhythm.

Membership options include 24 hour access, 365 days a year and boosted broadband with speeds up to 1GB. Perks include 20% off meeting rooms and event spaces; editing facilities; and access to exclusive members events and our creative and disruptive community.

Studio

Our studios all come equipped with our own bespoke designed smart powered desks, including VIPP desk lamps, 4 USB chargers and 7 plug sockets, independent air controls, viral filters and purifiers; HAG ergonomic chairs and circadian lighting. You will have an air change of between 7-22 mins depending on the size of studio.

From £550 per desk per month

Dedicated / Hot Desks

We now have glass screens dividing all our desks to ensure you remain safe and secure between other members. These open areas have an air change every 22 mins. Individually designed areas have been thought out empathetically to suit distinct and differing working styles.

Hot Desking is priced competitively against other memberships once you are working 13 days a month / and or need 24 hr access.

£450 / £350 per desk per month

Day Pass

For those of you who pop in infrequently and do not require all hours working, then this is the option for you. Open between 9am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

£30 per co-working desk per day

Production

For all types of recording, editing and production. Studio engineers are available to support recording sessions and post-production work. The latest industry standard software and equipment are also included.

Production membership

For all types of recording, editing and production. Our high quality studios are for available for dry-hire and suitable for podcasts, voiceovers, editing, filming, green screen hire, music production work. The latest industry standard software and equipment are included and engineering services are at an additional cost. Paddington Works Production provides a flexible style of audio recording, in an incredibly accessible location with an affordable price tag.
